Q: Can I attend my appointment if I'm not vaccinated against COVID-19?
A: Yes, we accept all customers, however you will be required to provide a negative COVID Rapid Antigen Test on the day of your appointment regardless of your vaccination status.

Q: How do you clean your products?
A: All tools, products and workstations are cleaned and sanitised thoroughly before and after each client. This includes face and eyeshadow palettes using a cosmetic sanitiser.
Brushes are deep cleaned using an anti-bacterial soap and sanitised thoroughly. All sponges and mascara wands are single use items and are never shared between clients.
Q: How do I prep my skin for the before hand?
A: Please make sure your face/lips are exfoliated & moisturised well the night before. It is recommended that you avoid trying new facial treatments and/or facial waxing 1-2 weeks prior.
Prone to break outs?
Steer clear of any abrasive treatments/heavy exfoliations leading up to the event date.

Use a toner morning and night before applying a light moisturiser
Recommended products: Multi-Active Toner from Dermalogica &
Calm Water Gel from Dermalogica.
Moisturise morning and night. If the skin is extremely dry or flakey, use a light layer of beauty oil before bed.

Be mindful of heavy exfoliants and avoid products with fragrance.
Recommended products: ultracalming skin kit from Dermalogica.
Use a moisturiser morning and night to keep your skin supple and hydrated. A beauty oil is a great way to lock in your skins moisture.

Q: What products do you carry in your makeup kit?
A: I come fully equipped with only the best high-quality products on the market. Makeup For Ever, Charlotte Tilbury, Natasha Denona, Viseart, Becca, MAC, Inglot, Chanel, and Too Faced are our favourite beauty brands. Only the best for our clients!
Q: How long will it take to do my makeup?
A: An hour each person is preferable, however bridal makeup can vary between
1hr - 1 hr 15 mins. Bridal trial appointments are generally 1.5 hours.
Q: Is it possible to do makeup for a large bridal party?
A: Absolutely! Depending on time & location, I may recommend adding an Assistant. Price will be quoted upon enquiry.
Q: Does Brittany Rose Makeup style hair for weddings?
A: Unfortunately not, however I do offer a 'Hair & Makeup' package with 'Style With a Twist' - a Sydney based mobile Hair Stylist.
